Below you will find our reservation form. Please read this notice carefully:

1. In case of cancellation I agree to be charged full amount of booking with right to rebook the limo in time frame of two weeks depending on free time in booking calendar of Dragan Limousine and Black Car Service, LLC.
2. I understand all regulations and terms of Dragan Limousine and Black Car Service, LLC and agree to them. I am giving my Credit Card information in file.
3. In case of any misbehavior this booking will be suspended and I will still pay full amount for booking or any damage to the limo caused by any of passengers traveling in the limo with me.
